  • Natural soy wax (≥90%) or blended wax (ratio must be specified), melting point 52-58℃.
  • Color: Customizable (Pantone color chart), no pigment residue after burning.
• Fragrance Oil:
  • Concentration ≥8% (IFRA-certified), with top/middle/base note descriptions.
• Wick:
  • Pure cotton or wood wick, diameter matched to wax type (passes smoke-free testing).

• Jar Finishes:

  • Logo customization: Screen printing, hot stamping, or embossing (position: bottom or side of jar).

1. Safety Testing

• Burn Performance:
  • No glass cracking after 4 hours of continuous burning; stable flame height (≤3cm).
  • Thermal cycling test (-10℃ to 50℃, 3 cycles) with no wax separation.
• Certifications:
  • Wax base passes SGS heavy metal testing; glass complies with FDA food-contact standards.
  • Packaging materials FSC-certified (sustainable sourcing).

2. Shipping Tests

• Passes 1m drop test (with packaging) and 3-hour vibration test (simulated transport).

III. Supplier Qualifications

1. Submit test reports for similar products exported to EU/US markets (including burn test data).
2. ISO22716 (Cosmetic GMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Accept factory audits and third-party inspections (e.g., Intertek, TÜV).
